The council timetable is the big one
Alive West Norfolk runs four centres, three pools, four gyms and over 100 classes a week on one membership: £36 a month on a twelve month contract, £40 rolling, £432 a year upfront, £20 start up. The supported Just Move tier starts at £31.
Named on its programme: Les Mills Body Pump and RPM, Pilates, Ceremony Hyrox, Biocircuits, walking football, walking cricket, pickleball, and over 50s badminton and bowls. Lynnsport itself has the gym floor plus an athletics track, a climbing wall, gymnastics, bowls rinks, tennis, a sauna and the KASET skatepark. Gym hours there are 06:30 to 22:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 18:00 at weekends.
The other three centres are St James Pool in town, Alive Downham and Alive Oasis in Hunstanton, all on the same membership.

Not one of them publishes a timetable or a price in this register. Every one takes bookings direct.
The over 50s timetable is the one that is growing
Between the 2011 and 2021 censuses the borough's median age rose from 45 to 47, against 40 for England, and the 65 to 74 age group grew by 15.7%. Alive's programme has followed: walking football, walking cricket, pickleball, over 50s badminton and over 50s bowls, on a supported tier from £31 a month.
If you have been told to get moving rather than get fit, that list is a better starting point than a gym floor, and it costs less than the rolling membership. The price comparison is here.
